   You can add your business to Handyinfo.ie for Free by simply clicking on the Add your business for free link on the Homepage, or at the top or bottom of any page on the site. Fill in as much details as you can about the products/services you provide, opening hours, location map, images, logo ,etc, etc, . This is a great opportunity to promote your business, so make it work harder for you. 3. My Business is Already Listed?

   If your business name is already showing on our directory it could have been added from a related database some time previous, and therefore may be out of date or not allowing you to login and amend. Click on “Is this your business” on top of your business listing to find out how to amend and/or take control of your business listing.

4. The business I am searching for is not listed?

   In order for Handyinfo.ie to be more and more comprehensive, we depend on businesses themselves to add and update their information. If you know of a business that is not listed then please tell them about us:
   1. you will be doing them a great favour and
   2. you will be improving the quality of our searches for future usage.
   If you know of a business that is not listed - you can help us grow the database by clicking here - providing as much details as you can about the missing business. Alternatively if you know the businesses email address you can click here and forward them a request to sign up to Handyinfo.ie (for free).
   
   

5. Why isn't my business listed first?

   Free Listings of businesses appear at the top of the list due to a weighted factor of ranking and alphabetical order. Ranking is determined by the amount of relevant information contained in your listing. The more information relevant to the search term, the higher your ranking. Relevant information can be contained in:
   1. business description, including brand information
   2. web address (URL)
   3. product and service areas - keywords that you add to your listing
   4. additional relevant information that you add to your listing
      
   The more relevant information you have on your company listing pertaining to a particular search phrase, the more likely you are to appear on the first page of results for that search phrase.
   
   

6. My email address does not show in my listing?

   To protect you from spam - we do not show your email address - rather the "click here" allows visitors to email you direct from Handyinfo.ie. If you want to check or update the email address we hold for your business, you can do so by logging in on the home page and amending your details. Please note the email address you supply is also used for administration purposes and will be the way we contact you. You must continue to use this email address and read any emails sent from us to you. When you first register you will receive an email from us - check your spam box , in case it has landed there and mark it as "not spam" to ensure you will receive all future communications from us.
   If your business was listed previously by someone else and you wish to update your details see item 3 above.
   
   

7. Can I email businesses listed on handyinfo.ie?

   To protect listed businesses from spam - we do not show their email address - rather the email link on the business listing "click here" allows visitors to email them direct from handyinfo.ie
   
   

8. How do I add my business details?

   You can add your business to Handyinfo.ie by simply clicking on the Add your business for free. 9. I wish to edit my business details?

   If you have your login details please click here.
   If you do not have login details then on your listing displayed on our website click on "Is this your business" on top of your business listing to find out how to amend and/or take control of your business listing.
   
   

10. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

    Click here, and select “Forgot password” option.
    
    

11. Can I add more than 1 category?

    You may use up to 3 categories - which covers over 98% of business needs. We add keywords that help link searches to your particular main categories. Please focus on the choosing the categories that best relate to your business. If you feel there is not category that suits your business then click here to suggest a new category for us to include.
    
    

12. I wish to remove my details from handyinfo.ie?

    Simply login as normal. Once logged in you can remove your listing by clicking "Remove Listing"
    
    

13. Why can't I login?

    1. Check that you have typed your email address correctly.
    2. Check that you have typed your password correctly.
       
    If this fails, please email our support team and provide as much information as possible, including any error messages that you received.
    
    

14. I wish to register a complaint?

    Provide as much information as possible regarding your complaint and email us here with these details .
